Customer service is important to us, which is why we offer a terrific return policy. We will accept return and exchange requests as long as they are made within 30 days of the date you receive your original purchase. All you have to do is contact us via e-mail (see below). From there, we will do our best to address your return inquiries. Returns initiated 30 days after the date of receipt will be strictly denied.
How to Request a Return:
- To complete a return request, simply contact us by email or phone 1-800-385-3603 - 9:00am to 5:00pm PST Monday - Friday. Please include as much information as possible about your return including: reason for the return,
whether the package has or has not been opened, and whether you are looking for a replacement or a refund.
- Our returns department will review your RMA request and notify you whether or not your request has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions for returning or exchanging your purchase.
- We will issue a refund when we have received confirmation from our warehouse that your original purchase has been received. Your refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you used to make the purchase.
- Refused or undeliverable packages sent to the 48 contiguous states will be subject to a $12 Return to Sender fee.
- Refused or undeliverable packages sent to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have the shipping charge deducted from the refund. Canadian brokerage fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Items must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the RMA approval. Items sent after 10 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items sent back without an RMA# on the label will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items that do not qualify for our No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee are subject to a 20% restocking fee (depending on if the cover is dirty or not) and return shipping costs.
- Items must be in new, unused, resellable conditions or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Any free bonus items shipped with an order must be returned with the cover. Failure to return the cable/lock set will result in a $9.95 deduction from the refund. Failure to return the storage bag will result in a $9.95 deduction from the refund. Failure to return the 3-pack of microfiber cloths will result in a $4.95 deduction from the refund.
- Refunds processed beyond 60 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for an electronic refund back to the original form of payment such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We will have to issue a physical check and the order will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, assuming the merchandise is in unopened and new condition.
- You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the return has been processed and you have been refunded.
Please note that it may take up to 14 business days to process your return and receive a refund.
If you are exchanging or replacing a purchase, your new purchase(s) will be shipped when we have received confirmation from the carrier that the returned purchase(s) has been received. When we ship your new purchase(s), you will be sent a notification via e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a new tracking number!
Free Return Shipping:
Free return shipping applies to incorrect covers received as part of our No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee. We will cover the return or exchange shipping cost if the cover you receive is an incorrect size for your vehicle. To help us determine if your return qualifies for free return shipping and meets our No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee guidelines, we may require photographs. We will not offer free return shipping for a cover with sizing issues without a photo of the cover on the vehicle.
Free return shipping does not apply to new and unopened items.
Free return shipping and exchange does not apply to orders from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
