The all new i8 all electric

A True Show Stopping Eye Popping BMW

The all new BMW I8 may be one of the coolest rides to hit the scene. Check out these great pics of the all new concept set for a possible production for year 2015. This with the all new Veneno by the Italian company Lamborghini is a definite statement in demand for newly designed cars with radical bold lines, brilliant colors and whatever technology demands. For we the people drive the driving industry.

The BMW i8, first introduced as the BMW Concept Vision Efficient Dynamics ,is a plug-in hybrid under development by BMW. The initial turbodieselconcept car was unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, and the BMW i8 gasoline-powered concept car destined for production was unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The 2015 BMW i8 has a 7.2 kWhlithium-ion battery pack estimated to deliver an all-electric range of 35 km (22 mi). The production version has an average fuel efficiency of less than 2.5 L/100 km (113.0 mpg-imp; 94.1 mpg-US) under the New European Driving Cycle with carbon emissions of less than 59 g/km.

With these types of curves this car is sure to be anticipated to be well received by the public.

Some cars defy easy classification. BMW has referred to its i8 as “the most progressive sports car of our time,” extending “sustainability to a new vehicle segment.” BMW North America president and CEO Ludwig Willisch has said the i8 “will compete with supercars with its looks and driving performance.”
