It depends on where the car sleeps. Parked outside, pick one of the three outdoor grades: the AllGuard Platinum Shield, Weatherproof Max or Weatherproof Lite, each with a UV-treated, water-resistant shell. Kept in a garage, the AllGuard Satin Protect is the one made for it: a stretch polyester and spandex cover with a sheared fleece interior. It is made for cars kept indoors, so for a car parked outside, choose an outdoor grade.
Which grade for a car parked outside?
Outside most days: the AllGuard Platinum Shield, a breathable silver polyester shell with a polyurethane and UV coating and a fleece liner, or the AllGuard Weatherproof Max, a UV-treated outer with a microporous film over a fleece liner. Outside now and then: the AllGuard Weatherproof Lite, a polyester shell with a UV coating.
Do you make covers for classic and sports cars?
Yes. Every cover is matched to your year, make and model. For a show car kept in the garage, the AllGuard Satin Protect has a sheared fleece interior. For one that lives outside, the Platinum Shield has a fleece liner and a breathable shell.
Will the wind blow it off?
A cover made for your car, with its elastic front and rear hems pulled in snug, leaves the wind little loose fabric to catch. In high wind, add a Gust Strap, sold separately: it clips to the cover's lower edge and its cords run under the car. The side grommets take a cable lock.
