What if it doesn't fit?

Every cover is backed by the AllGuard Fit Promise: if we don't get it right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange, and if we sent the wrong cover to an address in the 48 contiguous states, return shipping is on us.

What does the AllGuard™ Protection Warranty include?

Is the liner gentle on my paint?

Platinum Shield has a soft fleece liner, so fleece is what touches your Hummer’s paint. The Weatherproof Lite and Indoor Shield covers for the Hummer have no fleece: their inside face is nonabrasive. Questions about your own paint or finish? A cover expert can talk it through.

Is it water-resistant and breathable?

Yes. The silver 300D polyester shell has a polyurethane coating and a UV treatment to shed rain and stand up to sun, and the fabric is breathable, so humidity and condensation can get out.

How do I clean and store it?
  • For a quick clean, leave the cover on the car, hose it down, and sponge it with a mild detergent like Woolite mixed into cold or warm water.
  • Put it on a clean car: the soft fleece liner is the side against your paint. To wash the liner, put the cover on the car inside out and clean it the same way.
  • For a full wash, use a large front-load washer, like the commercial machines at a laundromat, on the delicate cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Run the rinse cycle at least twice.
  • Hang it to air-dry completely before it goes back on the car or gets folded away. Never put it in a dryer: heat shrinks the cover.
  • To take it off, roll it up from front to back instead of dragging it across the paint. Then fold it neatly into the free storage bag that comes with it, and keep it somewhere cool and dry, out of the sun, rain and snow.
  • Avoid top-loading washers with a center agitator, hot water, bleach, fabric softener (it weakens water resistance) and dry cleaning.
