All orders to the U.S. and Canada qualify for free shipping! Simply add the cover of your choice to your cart and you will automatically get free shipping with UPS or FedEx Ground when you are in the contiguous U.S. and Canada! Orders to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are fulfilled with USPS Parcel Post. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with confirmation of your purchase and address. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day after the order is placed. Once it has shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number.
It generally takes 2 to 7 days after your order is processed to receive your cover via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders sent via USPS Parcel Post generally take 1-3 weeks on average.
We gladly ship to Canada with FREE shipping but you will be expected to cover all brokerage and handling fees via a flat $25 fee that will automatically be added to your order at checkout. Canada Post may also require a small import tax at your door.
For international orders, please contact us with your vehicle make model and year as well as the material type you are interested in purchasing. We will provide a shipping estimate for you.

We will accept return and exchange requests as long as they are made within 30 days of the date you receive your original purchase. All you have to do is contact us. From there, we will do our best to address your return inquiries.
Free return shipping applies to incorrect covers received as part of our No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee. We will cover the return or exchange shipping cost if the cover you receive is an incorrect size for your vehicle. To help us determine if your return qualifies for free return shipping and meets our No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee guidelines, we may require photographs. We will not offer free return shipping for a cover with sizing issues without a photo of the cover on the vehicle.
Free return shipping does not apply to new and unopened items.
