Make a claim
If your cover fails within 60 days of purchase because of a defect in material or workmanship, we replace it free. After that, you can replace your cover for a reduced replacement fee: $69 for most covers, $99 for van covers and $179 for RV covers, plus tax. For a paid replacement, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii adds $50.

Full warranty policy
Warranty Coverage
CarCovers.com (and its parent company), with its principal place of business at 3909 Outland Rd, Memphis, TN 38118, warrants to the original purchaser that we will correct any defects in material or workmanship. Your AllGuard Protection Warranty is included with every cover. If your cover fails within 60 days of purchase because of a defect in material or workmanship, we replace it free. After that, you can replace your cover for a reduced replacement fee, as many times as you need for the life of the product: $69 for most covers, $99 for van covers and $179 for RV covers, plus tax. For a paid replacement, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii adds $50. We replace it with a new or like-new cover in the same material and size, or repair minor damage, at our discretion. We ship your replacement free. If we need the old cover back, we'll tell you how to send it.
This warranty lasts for the reasonable expected lifetime of the product, starting on the purchase date. If the product is no longer sold, the difference in price of the most comparable product may be requested. Repairs are in the form of adhesive-backed material patches.
Returns and Exchanges
The cover may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt of the purchase for a refund or exchange. After this period, any issue will be handled under this warranty policy. No refunds will be given after this 30-day period.
A replacement cover sent under a warranty claim may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt.
Warranty Claims
No walk-in warranties are allowed, as we must inspect the cover, and this can take time.
Approval or denial of the claim can take up to 30 business days from the date the cover and/or photos are received.
A replacement cover does not reset or extend the warranty period.
The warranty is not a money-back guarantee.
Exclusions
Paint and Finish Conditions
CarCovers.com is not liable for damage due to issues relating to vehicle paint and finish conditions, such as:
- Repainted surfaces
- Lacquer paint
- Aged, worn, or lack of clearcoat
- Waxed surfaces without proper cure time
Newly repainted vehicles should not be immediately covered. It is best to check with your body shop for the recommended "cure" time, and to follow the maximum recommendation for any waxing cure time. Use of any cover before the cure time has been reached may cause damage which is not due to the cover, but due to the new paint or recently applied wax.
Water Resistance
The warranty does not cover any issues relating to water seeping through the material, as our covers are water resistant, NOT waterproof.
Transfer of Ownership or Vehicle
In the event your vehicle is sold, is no longer in your possession, or the cover is not being used on the vehicle for which it was originally purchased, the warranty is void and cannot be transferred or exchanged for a cover for your new vehicle.
Damage to Vehicle
This warranty does not protect against damages caused by the product, or the customer's time and expense in getting the damage repaired. If the vehicle being protected by the cover is damaged, CarCovers.com is not liable to repair the vehicle under this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL CARCOVERS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, MULTIPLE, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT(S) SUPPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR LOST PROFITS.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Subject to applicable law, in no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the cover.
